“Grand Master Sexay” Brian Lawler Suffers Fractured Skull & Broken Bones in Legit Fight w/ Former TNA Tag Champion

Former WWE superstar Brian Lawler, also known as Brian Christopher or Grand Master Sexay, was recently involved in a pretty serious brawl with fellow wrestler Chase Stevens.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter Lawler was taken to the hospital on February 18th after police were called to the Fairfield Inn in Evansville, Indiana. He suffered a fractured skull, broken nose and broken orbital bone, and was missing multiple teeth. Stevens was arrested and later charged with battery.

It’s unknown what the two were fighting about, but the police report indicates that Lawler was intoxicated when the police found him on the third floor of the hotel. Wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer noted that despite speculation that a weapon may have been used in the altercation, the damage Lawler took was from fists. Stevens, a three-time TNA tag team champion, was a golden gloves boxing champion in high school before entering the wrestling world.
