L’Équipe report this afternoon that Lille are set to complete the signing of Kosovar international Edon Zhegrova from Basel, who will sign a five-year deal.
The 22-year-old will join as the replacement to Jonathan Ikoné, with the Frenchman having moved to Fiorentina at the start of the month.
The former Genk man had two years left on his contract with the Swiss club, and Lille have paid a fee in the region of €7m for the right-sided midfielder, who has 4 goals and 6 assists this season. The Swiss press have also indicated that he was being scouted by Lyon.
