L’Équipe report that Serie A side Fiorentina will likely land French attacking prospect Remi Oudin from Ligue 1 club Stade de Reims today, after a €10m fee was agreed in principle last night.
The 22-year-old has also been the subject of intense interest from Celta Vigo, but as of last night the Spanish side were still yet to submit a written offer that met president Jean-Pierre Caillot’s demands.
Caillot told the French newspaper last night that La Viola had not submitted a formal written €10m proposal for Oudin, but had made it verbally and that he was waiting to see things become more concrete in the coming hours.
If everything unblocks in time, a 4-year deal awaits Oudin in Italy.
12:04 CET: Agent Paulo Tavares claims that the player has arrived in Milan to undergo a medical with Fiorentina, as finer details continue to be concluded between the two clubs.
