There’s some serious fringe going on here and I can’t decide whether I like it or not. It’s those handles that make this piece stand out from the rest, as most of us are probably used to seeing the trendy fringe style dangle off the handbag itself, not so much off the carrying piece.

I like the flap and turn lock style but although the chained fringe is quite appealing, I wonder if this is what ‘too much fringe’ looks like.
