Although it isn’t sure where the Bullet Club (Cody Rhodes, The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega) will go when their respective contracts expire, however one thing that is for sure is that they will be going together.
During the media conference call to promote the Starrcast convention during ALL IN weekend, Cody was asked about what would be next for the group after the big event on September 1st. Cody admitted that he wasn’t sure, but that he and the other members of the Bullet Club are verbally committed to each other going forward.
“One thing that is special about this group is we have verbally committed to each other, and I don’t know that that’s ever been done in the history of wrestling, where I have verbally committed to the Bucks, Kenny Omega [and] Hangman Page,” said Cody during Wednesday’s call. “There’s this verbal commitment that the next step we take because it’s no secret. Our contracts are all up. What happens next? The next step we take, we’re going to take it together and we’re going to take it as a family.”
Matt Jackson later seemed to reference Cody’s comments in a tweet where he simply wrote the word, “Pact.”
Pact.
