WWE SmackDown Live star, Mustafa Ali has finally given his feelings on being replaced by Kofi Kingston in the WWE Elimination Chamber match.
Ali was taken out of the match due to a legitimate injury he suffered and was replaced at the last minute by Kofi Kingston, a decision which has had a huge effect on WrestleMania storylines with #KofiMania taking over the WWE Universe.
Ali reacted to some quotes from Kingston that The New Day member gave in an interview about replacing Ali, and the former 205 Live member stated that his dark time allowed someone else to shine.
He continued by admitting that it will haunt him for the rest of his career that he missed this opportunity, but the fact someone so deserving is getting recognition makes it right. Ali claimed that it wasn’t an accident, but it was destiny.

My dark time allowed someone else to shine. As much as it will haunt me for the rest of my career on the opportunity I missed out on, the fact that someone so deserving is getting the recognition he deserves makes it right.
