Among the WWE legends not included in the “30 Years of WrestleMania” mode, Roddy Piper stands out as one of the top names not featured in the game. According to PWInsider.com, WWE was hoping to feature the WrestleMania 1 main event in the game (Hulk Hogan & Mr. T vs. Roddy Piper & Paul Orndorf). 2K Sports reached out to Mr. T in hopes of using him in the game, but they could not reach an agreement, so WWE decided to scrap the match.
It’s still possible that Roddy Piper and the other main roster stars not included in the game will be released as downloadable content at a later time.
