LA Knight (formerly known as Eli Drake) is set to appear live on tonight’s episode of NXT.

“LA Knight in an NXT ring LIVE tonight on USA?? Don’t mind if I do… #LAKnight #LetMeTalkToYa @WWENXT,” Knight tweeted this afternoon. WWE then announced that Knight will “address the NXT Universe” on tonight’s show.

Knight made his NXT debut by interrupting the TakeOver: Vengeance Day pre-show panel last month. Knight announced his new in-ring name, said this is his game now, and said anyone walking around with the NXT North American Championship or the NXT Championship should make sure they have their eyes open because he’s coming for them.

On last week’s NXT, a video aired where Knight said he will debut on his own terms.

As Eli Drake, Knight is a former Impact Wrestling World Champion and NWA Tag Team Champion. Knight (real name Shaun Ricker) was also part of WWE developmental from 2013-2014, using the name Slate Randall during his first stint with the company.
