NXT General Manager William Regal made an appearance at EVOLVE 137 this weekend and publicly offered a contract to independent wrestler Shotzi Blackheart, confirming an earlier report from Squared Circle Sirens that she had signed with the company.

Blackheart made her debut in 2015 and has wrestled for promotions all around the country including SHINE Wrestling, GCW and was a mainstay for IWA Mid-South. She will wrap up her independent commitments with SHIMMER on November 3 and should be announced among the Performance Center classes this winter.
