After reports that they have requested their release from WWE, Dave Meltzer has reported when The Revival’s WWE contracts are set to expire.

For those hoping that the Top Guys might be able to leave WWE anytime soon, it is bad news, as Meltzer has reported that their WWE contract doesn’t run out until April of 2020, meaning WWE can keep the team in the company for over a year.

It appears that the duo’s request to be released has not been granted as The Revival has been working on WWE’s live event loop this past weekend, although it remains to be seen whether they will appear on WWE Raw this evening.

Meltzer also added that Dash Wilder trademarking #FTR wasn’t a coincidence either as they have been thinking about leaving for some time. The hashtag was a running gag on Being The Elite and was used when the two teams feuded on social media back in 2017.
