UFC Fighter Comes Out to Bret Hart’s Theme Song in Calgary While ‘The Hitman’ Was in Attendance (Photos & Videos)

During the prelims of Saturday night’s UFC Fight Night event in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Moldovan light heavyweight fighter Ion Cutelaba came to the octagon rocking some familiar pink shades, to the entrance music of Calgary’s own Bret “The Hitman” Hart.

The icing on the cake? The WWE Hall of Famer was actually there to take in the fights!

The Hitman was spotted at Saturday’s show having a moment with UFC President Dana White (seen below), and was later introduced on the actual broadcast much to the delight of the amped Canadian crowd.

In a fun moment, UFC Light Heavyweight Champion and simultaneous UFC Heavyweight Champion Daniel Cormier – a self-professed massive wrestling fan – happened to be sitting in on prelim commentary for the bout, and just about lost his mind introducing “the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be.”

For the record, 24-year-old Cutelaba (14-3) won his fight against Russia’s Gadzhimurad Antigulov (20-5) by TKO in the first round, ending the Russian’s 14-victory win streak. The young, rising star caught up with Fightful.com after the event in Calgary to explain his Bret Hart-inspired entrance, which you can check out in the video above.
