As reported by Ignazio Genuardi, Lyon and Marseille are looking to sign Manchester United defender Eric Bailly this summer.
Although the player has a contract at Old Trafford until 2024, with an option for another year, the Ivorian international, after just seven appearances in all competitions this season, is likely to leave Manchester this summer as United search for new centre-back options.
The 28-year-old has been much discussed by OM’s hiercahy in recent months. Meanwhile, with both Jason Denayer (who is interesting Galatasaray) and Jérôme Boateng likely to leave the club and the signing of Issa Diop from West Ham proving tricky, Lyon, as they did unsuccessfully in 2019, could make Bailly a main target to join Castello Lukeba (19) at the heart of their defence.
However, Spanish and Italian clubs are also keen on the defender.
