Ligue 1 side Toulouse have rejected an €8m offer from Serie A outfit Atalanta for 20-year-old Ivorian midfielder Ibrahim Sangaré, according to RMC.
The bid has been turned down because TFC have no intention of selling the player, who is also soliciting interest from Spain.
