On June 5, our German colleague Ingmar, service manager from Zenith Germany, paid a return visit to our Shanxi customer with Zenith 940 fully automatic mobile multilayer block machine. During the visit, Ingmar praised the customer for keeping the production site neat and tidy and provided the customer with timely and necessary guidance on equipment maintenance.
With 28 years of experience in hydraulics and mechanical engineering, Ingmar quickly locked the scope of the investigation. He touched the valve spool’s surface, twisted the valve spool to locate the wear position, and rotated the pump to find out the wear components based on its sound. His excellent work amazed everyone on site. The professional knows the ropes. The customers who majored in construction machinery were also deeply impressed by Ingmar’s professionalism when they saw this scene on site.
During the return visit, the customer and his operator had some discussions and exchanged experiences with our German engineer, further strengthening the customer’s confidence in the German brand Zenith. The customer said he was looking forward to the day when they could discuss with Ingmar in Germany Zenith workshop on how to make bricks and how to make the best use of bricks.
