SCO Angers has officially announced the loan signing of French Under 20 international Jonathan Bamba from Saint-Étienne, without an option to buy.

The 20-year old right-winger joins SCO on a loan deal until the end of the season after his loan spell with Belgian Jupiler league side Sint-Truiden ended recently.

Bamba can play anywhere across the front line and made 8 appearances in the Belgian top flight this season, scoring 2 goals in the process.

The Frenchman will be hoping that his game time with Angers will help him retain his place in the France youth set up, where he has been making a name for himself following some impressive showings against Mali and the Czech Republic where he scored in both games.
