Former Nickelodeon star Drake Bell is all grown up, and we really don’t know how to feel about it. The 31-year-old just dropped the video for “Rewind” off his Honest EP, and in it, he seems to have dropped one other thing: his clothes. Yup, Drake Bell from Drake & Josh went full naked for the shoot. And there’s a behind-the-scenes photo to prove it.

Bell stripped down for the raunchy video that features him and a woman in bed together. With its shadowy profile shots, sexy lyrics (um, “You mess around with my head, leaving me waiting / On someone who’s waiting for someone who’s playing”?), edgy jump cuts, and slow-mo sensuality, the project is definitely NSFW. (You can watch it here if you’re feeling scandalous.) It also doesn’t shy away from showing off Bell’s impressive tattoo collection—along with his arguably even more impressive ab collection.

Let’s just say it’s a far cry from the days when Drake Bell was writing the theme song for his Nick kids show.

The song, Bell says, is all about love and passion, though we think abs probably have something to do with it, too:

“‘Rewind’ is an exploration into a world where lines have blurred. How do you define true love versus pure passion?'” Bell told People. “Are we in love or is it just our bodies reacting to the electricity between us? Take a listen and find out.”

While we’re still a little shocked at how much skin Bell decided to show, it’s not the first time the singer and actor has left little to the imagination. Remember when he celebrated his 31st birthday in June with a cake that featured a photo of him in his almost-birthday suit? Us too.

They say if you’ve got it, flaunt it—and Bell’s obviously running with that.
