For some time now, Tyler Breeze and Fandango have been getting more on-screen television time due to a series of sketches parodying famous television shows. Shows such as Miami Vice, Law & Order, and The X-Files have all been spoofed by the tag team, but their recent take on Twin Peaks is said to be the most beloved one yet. “Fashion Peaks,” as it was dubbed, has been viewed by multiple viewers online. It is said to be so well received that Cageside Seats claims the Fashion Police are in line for a new push because of the segment. This could mean a tag title shot (or run), but hopefully we’ll find out who has been attacking them and their office first.
Some new information regarding pay-per-views and other big shows for GFW has gotten out. Despite rebranding to GFW after this year’s Slammiversary show, they are still looking to use the former TNA/Impact pay-per-view names. PWInsider reports that the 8/17 special will be a live Destination X show. Universal Studios in Orlando is currently set to hold the Bound For Glory pay-per-view on November 5th. There have apparently also been talks to bring back the old Lockdown show as a pay-per-view, as opposed to a themed episode of Impact, which is what the long-running pay-per-view has been reduced to since 2015.
The Young Bucks host their own popular YouTube series entitled Being the Elite. The Bucks just so happened to be in Canada for an International Wrestling Syndicate show, and WWE was running live events in Montreal while they were there. Throughout the episode, some WWE Superstars managed to make brief cameos as the Young Bucks were speaking to the cameras. The new episode features appearances from Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, and AJ Styles. The Young Bucks are a popular tag team on the independent circuit and they have continued their dominance since joining the Bullet Club faction. It’s clear that the two of them have a ton of friends in WWE if their latest show is any indication.
