Ric Flair took to social media to issue a statement ahead of his daughter’s history-making match at WrestleMania 35.
“The Nature Boy” posted two tweets commenting about Charlotte Flair competing against Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch in the first-ever women’s main event in WrestleMania history.
“Today history will be made and The Queen will take her rightful place with Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey as the first women to ever main event WrestleMania,” wrote the two-time WWE Hall Of Famer.
Flair continued, giving his daughter a huge nod of respect.
“It’s official — Charlotte is no longer Ric Flair’s daughter, I am Charlotte Flair’s dad!” wrote Flair. “All the accolades that have come my way over time are diminished by her accomplishments now!”
