Last nights WWE TLC PPV saw a 17-year record end for John Cena when he didn’t appear on the PPV, even though he had teased the idea earlier.

Cena had a 17-year streak of wrestling on at least one WWE PPV during a calendar year, however, 2019 saw that end as Cena didn’t wrestle on any PPV.

The WWE legend alluded to the streak he had earlier in the day, which led some fans to believe he might show up to keep the streak alive, which obviously didn’t end up happening.
