Breaking News Update On Brock Lesnar Returning to UFC

As noted, speculation has been growing over the past few weeks that rumors of a Brock Lesnar UFC return have become much more realistic, and UFC President Dana White confirmed Lesnar’s status today’s edition of “UFC Tonight” on FOX Sports.

“Brock Lesnar’s coming back. I don’t know when but yes he is”, White said when asked about rumors of Lesnar’s UFC return. You can watch White’s full comments in the video player above.

Lesnar’s WWE advocate, Paul Heyman, has been pretty outspoken lately about The Beast’s desire to return to The Octagon, and Heyman the following to say to The New York Post when asked if WrestleMania 34 will be Lesnar’s final WWE match:

“It’s most likely the answer to that is yes. The reasons are rather public. Brock is eyeballing a return to the octagon. He’s made no secret about it. He’s out in Las Vegas at the UFC offices taking a selfie with Dana White wearing a UFC T-shirt. These are not secret negotiations.

The fact that both our contracts are coming due is not a secret, either. Is this the last time that Brock Lesnar goes out to the ring in WWE, I truly don’t know that answer because what we’re focused on at the moment is … Brock is very laser focused on the task at hand. That’s always been his way, since he grew up on a dairy farm in Webster, South Dakota as a kid.”

Brock Lesnar will face Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Title at WrestleMania 34, and the bout will be Lesnar’s final match under his current WWE contract.
